10-Minute High-Protein Lo Mein with Immi Noodles
This low-carb, plant-powered lo mein comes together in under 10 minutes—thanks to Immi, the ultimate high-protein ramen that keeps things cozy and clean.
Ingredients
Noodles + Protein:
1 pack Immi ramen (any flavor — discard the spice packet)
1/2 cup edamame, shelled (frozen works perfectly)
Veggies (freestyle!):
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots, julienned or shredded
1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
Flavor Base:
1 tbsp olive oil
2–3 frozen ginger cubes (or 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger)
2 tbsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce/tamari)
1 tsp toasted sesame oil (drizzle at the end—not for cooking!)
Instructions
Soften the Immi Noodles:
Place the noodles in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let steep for 3–4 minutes, then drain. (No boiling needed!)
Sauté the Veggies:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add frozen ginger cubes and stir until fragrant. Toss in your veggies and cook until tender-crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
Umami Time:
Add the liquid aminos and stir to coat the veggies.
Add the Noodles:
Toss in your softened Immi noodles and stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
Final Drizzle:
Turn off the heat and finish with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil.
